Grand Central Honored with Community Pride Design Award – November 2008
Grand Central is honored to receive a 2008 Vancouver Community Pride Design Award. These awards recognize outstanding projects that enhance the livability of the community and demonstrate quality development throughout Clark County.
Grand Central Awarded #2 Top Project of 2008 – July 2008
Grand Central was recently honored by the Vancouver Business Journal as the #2 Top Project of 2008. Grand Central incorporates the growing demand for aesthetically pleasing retail space, well designed hardscapes and sustainable building practices - creating a retail environment that promotes community interaction and connection.

Grand Central Welcomes Fred Meyer – April 2008
Fred Meyer will hold its grand opening ceremonies for the much-anticipated Grand Central Fred Meyer on Wednesday, April 16th. The Grand Central Fred Meyer will be unique to other Fred Meyer stores offering an expanded selection of natural and organic products throughout the grocery. The store will also feature a drive through pharmacy, a Peet's Coffee and a full line of apparel, home décor, furniture and garden center products.
